Unless otherwise stated, the following general terms and conditions apply to items sold on Ebay or sold privately:

• All items are sold "where is as is". We make no guarantee of condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• All sales are final. No return will be accepted unless the item is not as described. Shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.
• All items are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids at the end of the auction.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping & insurance of purchased items. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the buyer and their chosen shipping carrier.
• All bills must be paid in full within ten days of notification of sale. We reserve the right to resell items that remain unpaid after 10 days.
• All skidding and boxing of items sold is extra.
• All items must be removed within 15 days from the date of sale. If no arrangements for shipping have been made within this time period, buyer may be considered to be in default and seller reserves the right to resell the item.
• If arrangements are being made to pick up the item(s), storage will be charged beyond the initial 15 day period.
• acceptable methods of payment cash, bank check, postal money order, company check (allow 10 days to clear). Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
• PayPal is an acceptable form of payment for transactions less than $500 US. For tranactions in excess of $500 please call us for pre-approval.
• Visa & Mastercard are acceptable for most transactions, however shipment of Non-US transactions may be held for up to20 days so that that the credit card company's fraud detection procedures are complete.
• All Connecticut customers are subject to sales tax unless we are provided with a tax exempt form.
